How to flash -
1. Open custom recovery of your phone (TWRP v3.1.1 Recommended)
2. Wipe data, catche & dalvik catche
3. click on install zip 
4. flash SSR recovery flashable rom,Patch v2 back 2 back
5. Reboot.................. Done
Note - U can also flash Patch v2 after reboot
